Brand Sustainability Intern You are • Currently studying for your master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related area • An innovative thinker with a passion for sustainability • A creative and dedicated self-starter with the ability to work independently • Fluent in English, other local languages are an asset You have • An applied understanding of basic marketing principles • An applied understanding of strategy formulation • Experience in working with text, narratives, visual identity (editorial, publication, and agency experience is a plus) • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders with the ability to align diverging visions and opinions • Experience in concept ideation and content production process You will join the Brand Sustainability and Innovation team, which deploys sustainability with impact and drives innovation for the IQOS brand. Their primary focus is to deliver the brand sustainability strategy and build the brand innovation framework by working with relevant functions to co-create the roadmap of solutions and validate them via pilots. Roles & Objectives In this position you will support the team in deploying brand activities that bring the sustainability strategy to life. These include: - Consumer programs - Brand communications - Channels - Brand retail - Digital tools - Packaging solutions etc. You will work with relevant function, initiative owners, internal stakeholders and markets to co-create these solutions and support with briefing SMEs and agencies to orchestrate the delivery of impactful and relevant activities. You will support with the development of communication strategies and ensure that the strategic objectives are achieved, channels strategy is aligned while championing data-based planning.
