The Key Account Team, part of the Swedish Commercial department, is leading the relationships and negotiations with major Swedish retail chains and wholesalers, to reach short- and long-term business objectives, and to deliver sustainable business growth. The team is leading various business projects and is constantly interacting with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Your ‘day to day’ As a Key Account Analyst, you will drive the interrogation and challenge of commercial data, with the objectives of discovering and leveraging useful information that can be used to support evidence-based decision making. You will use different sales and data tools with the objective to develop our business with data as a foundation. At PMI, we are strong in developing projects and you will also be part of and drive your own commercial projects that will support your growth in the role. In order to succeed it´s crucial that you have an analytical background and thrive in working with numbers and finding patterns, to support our internal stakeholders with the analysis. You will be a Business Partner to the organization and your role is crucial for our success. We believe that you have an analytical mindset, superior Excel, Power Point skills as well as basic database knowledge and a sense for details. You are an outgoing team player and is strong in planning, project management and communication. As Key Account Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks: · Prepare, maintain and develop Excel based sales tools in PowerBI. · Prepare weekly and monthly market sales reports. · Responsible for maintenance of various databases. · Provide qualitative ad-hoc analysis to support management's decision-making process, participate in projects and provide support to key stakeholders. · Effectively cooperate with colleagues from other departments across the organization to ensure completeness and accuracy of sales data support. · Lead and support commercial projects. Who we’re looking for · Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration/Industrial Economics or similar. · Superior/expert Excel skills (i.e., building macros and advanced modelling). · Experience from business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableu, Qlickview or similar) · Experience from Swedish Trade environment and category management practices with demonstrable experience in FMCG / Sales / retail or a commercial role · Strong analytical skills and logical thinking. · Detail oriented and a team player personality. · Great social and communication skills. · Proficiency in spoken and written English & Swedish · Experience from Nielsen Answers is an advantage What we will offer you You will join a company that invests in you.
