Responsibilities: • Contribute in building strategic opportunities to facilitate the consumer experience • Responsible to develop and lead campaigns / initiatives aimed to boost consumer satisfaction and business results • Contribute to process improvement initiatives with a continuous improvement mentality, with the main objective of making memorable the consumer experience. • Ensure alignment, effective collaboration and knowledge sharing with internal & external stakeholders; • Create and build reports and dashboards in order to facilitate a better overview of campaigns impact. • Assist 3rd party service suppliers in case they need additional support so to ensure that they deliver expected business results. • Ensure that all operational activities are executed in compliance with applicable laws, marketing code, CA guidelines and PMI procedures. Qualifications: • Customer centric focus and approach; • Excellent communication abilities: advanced writing and content editing for consumer interactions & excellent proofreading skills; • Experience in development and deployment of customer experience programs; • Understanding of customer experience practices, service design methodologies, customer operations strategy and operations models; • Action-oriented, drive for results, independent doer • Quick learner with high collaborative skills, ability to manage various stakeholders • Strong organizational, planning and time/project management skills • Good command of the Romanian and English language (writing and speaking); • Analytical skills, problem solver;
