Your ‘day to day’ Support the Compensations model for Logistic Operators, Retail Distributors and Wholesalers in both PMI categories (CC and RRPs) by performing the calculation, analysis and accurate payment strategy of the Route to Market programs. Assure Distributor’s contract management, fiscal promotions according to PMI Guidelines/ P&Ps. Provide Wide context of compensation strategy to Key Account Managers, external stakeholders and different Field Sales Force. Role responsibilities: 1. Assure service level agreement of payments for Logistic Operators in both categories CC and RRPs, focusing in a constant improvement of payments timing; provinding a correct follow up on end to end payment process. (Annual Budget of $7.3 MUSD). 2. Perform Monthly calculation for commercial programs lead by Route to Market, ensure order placement and follow up of all promotional plans. Support the maintenance of Distribuitors and Wholesaler Channels compensation strategy. (Annual Budget of $21.3 MUSD). 3. Analysis and Reporting of implemented compensations strategies and commercial programs regarding the Distribution compensation model, this helps to reorganize, improve or complement existing programs, always looking for major benefits for the trade and internal stakeholders. 4. Ensure full compliance with contract management activities ( E.g. creation, update) of Distribuitors agreements, and Fiscal Compliance for Promotional Plans lead by Route to Market, assuring all applicable internal guidelines and local regulations are aligned. 5. Calculate and provide visibility of Monthly Accruals for Distribuitors and Wholesalers payments. 6. Calculation and follow up of robbery penalties to Distribuitors. 7. Support for Annual and monthly budget creation (OB and RF) providing accurate information for follow up. 8. Support for Business Audits Key Qualifications • Analytical and structured profile • 1-2 years’ experience as analyst on previous roles related to finance, accounting or sales field. • Good management of data bases. • Previous experience on massive consume industry (desirable) • Excel Management ( Intermediate/Advanced) • SAP Management • Communication skills • English- (Written / Spoken) What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
