WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Professional with 1-5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, Finance, Accounting, Tax or Audit, within an international environment • A person with strong analytical skills • Knowledge of transfer pricing or customs regulations would be an asset • Proficient English speaker, Spanish would be an asset • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or Law • A person with practical knowledge of SAP and MS Office programs, especially MS Excel • An action-oriented and customer-focused individual able to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • You will prepare local Transfer Pricing documentation for the entities in various jurisdictions • You will contribute to the update of the group’s Master File • You will support the entities during transfer pricing audits and APA processes • You will be in charge of intercompany pricing review for Limited Risk Distributors and Contract Manufactures during a year and for year-end adjustments to ensure arm’s length profitability of the Affiliates, while working closely with various PMI teams located in markets, factories and IBS. • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with WTO rules, countries’ regulations and PMI internal policy and procedures of intercompany pricing applied by PMI for intra-group transactions. • You will play an essential role in launch of smoke-free products (RRPs) in new markets by providing guidelines on business structure set-up and implementing PMI intercompany pricing policy. • You will play an advisory role, providing guidelines and trainings to various teams in PMI within transfer pricing area to bring understanding of transfer pricing matters within organization and assure transfer pricing risk mitigation.
