WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Master’s degree in Finance, Management or equivalent (MBA studies would be a strong asset) • Preferably minimum 5-10 years previous experience in Competitive Intelligence, Management Consultancy or Finance role with exposure to Business Strategy & Analytics • Comfortable with data management and analytics • Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders • Outstanding strategic thinking, problem solving and analytics capability • Highly collaborative and agile, adept of managing key stakeholders • Comprehensive strategy development toolkit (industry analytics and consumer insights) • Strong storytelling and communication skills • Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity • Entrepreneurial and roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to get things done with a high degree of assertiveness and detail • International experience, cultural openness and command of English are essential • Knowledge of Power BI solutions (data management, visualizations maintenance and enhancement) is a plus WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens or Sodexo card while working remotely • Company car / or car allowance • Remote work opportunity and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program with various benefits • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Contribute to moving forward Competitive Intelligence as one stop shop, to ensure cross-alignment and deliver key strategic questions, risks/opportunities to senior stakeholders and across the organization – Headquarters, Regions, Markets • Gather public relevant data and conduct research on competitive environment worldwide (geographical presence, product developments and releases, pricing & distribution strategies, merges & acquisitions, business partnerships and announcements) • Assess competitive financial performance and outlook • Prepare and conduct presentations, summarizing key findings and recommendations, to positively support the strategic decision-making process of key business stakeholders • Undertake strategic studies and projects across competitive intelligence related areas Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
