WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Marketing, IT or Communications • 6+ years of experience across marketing or content project management with focus on user experience and a good understanding of the digital sector • At least 2+ years must be focused on dealing with global digital projects either in startup, multinational organization, or respected digital/consultancy agency. • Must have experience across analytics, digital marketing and content principles including design and UX is preferable • Goal-oriented with an ability to work with tight deadlines in an ever-changing global environment • Solid agile experience working with delivery teams • Strong stakeholder management, oral and written communication skills • Positive attitude and engaging personality, with the ability to build relationships and influence others • Ability to work in EU country without a visa/work permit required WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • You will have the opportunity to experience working in a global team while working in cross-functional and multidisciplinary projects • You will build your network while gaining digital experience and bringing to life ideas in new channels from A to Z • You will gain experience collaborating with different agencies, from creative to digital and leverage on different tools from our global digital ecosystem • Seize the freedom to define your future and ours. In this position you will be responsible to ensure the successful end-to-end implementation of digital campaigns using proprietary Webapp. This digital solution is currently utilized in 50+ markets globally. This role will be the main point of contact when it comes to full end-to-end market deployment. This role is not only meant to coordinate, but also to understand in detail what is being asked by the market and what is being built by the development team. This role should be able to translate business objectives into interactive consumer facing campaigns. • Serve as the primary Point of Contact for 2 Regions around the world. You will be the go-to person when it comes to functional and technical roadmap of your campaigns • Connect with markets and comms teams (CC and RRPs) to understand their plans and find opportunities to deploy communication campaigns • Ensure that all teams deliver all agreed materials and other functional requirements, on schedule, budget, and quality • Coordinate, mobilize and synchronize various cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure technical design, development, and testing are delivered within agreed timelines • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns using global platform. Ensure that all teams involved are delivering what is expect until successful go live • Ensure Brand’s identity is being followed in the campaigns to be deployed. This may require editing and proofread materials before sharing with the delivery team to ensure accuracy of marketing materials • Understand and deploy basic campaigns in the BackOffice. Coordinate and work alongside 3rd party agency to deploy complex campaigns • Capture and perfectly understand market's objectives to assess deployment feasibility
