For our Global Digital Team in Lausanne, we are looking for Market Success Acceleration Lead who will be based in Kraków, Poland. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • 5+ years of experience working in similar roles (Manager Market Success, Manager Digital Campaigns/Insights/Performance, Digital Marketing Account Management) either in global, multinational organization from FMCG/technology or respected consultancy/digital marketing agency • Experienced in working with projects run at global scale, across different markets and geographies • Problem solver, able to analyze data and drive the best choice under pressure and have skills to identify patterns and emerging trends. You are able to translate your findings into actionable insights and best practices • Has strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in conveying ideas and wining the hearts of your stakeholders, including C/head-level (CMO, CDO, Head of Marketing/Digital). You are smooth at managing their expectations, escalations and juggling between digital and business requirements • Has hands-on technical experience and strong digital background. In this position you will be responsible for helping us drive business value and adoption of our digital platforms, supporting multicategory business objectives across 50+ markets globally. By bringing strong analytics and customer management skills to the table, you will have strategic opportunity to help our customers and stakeholders excel with their digital marketing activities business performance, demonstrating progress and value in their investment. • Own analysis of marketing campaigns and progress measurement in post-deployment phase, bring together insights and best practices supported by data to accelerate performance of future deployments and help our customers focus on what really moves the needle. • Aligning campaign strategies, objectives and measurements, in particular working with key stakeholders in central deployment team and local marketing/digital teams, to ensure the campaigns are prepared in line with best practices. • Define, track and report the impact of digital campaigns of market customers against their business objectives and goals, as well as centrally defined KPIs. • Leverage on data to track the success of campaign performance, adoption activities and provide real-time and actionable insights for your stakeholders and customers. • Provide advocacy and actively engage with key stakeholders to help them efficiently and cost-effectively deliver their business goals and reduce their time to market by leveraging learnings and best practices in their future deployments (ensure constant learnings and best practice sharing and implementation).
