What we are looking for: - Coming from a managerial background - 5+ years Key Account experience or any other relevant commercial experience - Strong strategic thinking - Project management with ability to lead projects - Experience with managing others - Strong negotiation skills with proven track record - Adaptability, ability to motivate a team, able to build strong relationships - English language- proficient written and oral skills - Drive for success Main responsibilities - Co-develop and deploy the omnichannel commercial strategy & market plan - Drive and develop the account& channel plan in line with the commercialization strategy and market plan - Lead or be actively involved in commercial projects on a market/cluster level - Manage & develop relationships with key business partners; - Fully responsible for the deployment of the channel strategy - Co-create commercial programs; Lead the implementation of commercial programs & responsible for performance management and financial effectiveness - Commercial effectiveness - Effective budget allocation – to drive implementation of strategic priorities & plans - Develop business reporting with account and key internal stakeholders What we offer - 13th & 14th salary - Extra days off - Flexible working time - Supplementary pension plan (III. pillar) - Life & accident insurance - Opportunities for career development & growth - Work for a multinational company - certified Equal Salary & TopEmployer Legal minimum gross salary for this position set at 2.460€ / month (the actual salary depends on the seniority level)
