Key Accounts Activation Executive

Key Accounts are moving towards more complex RRP environment and will need to focus on trade marketing/activation initiatives, delivering efficiency and improvement while working with highly customizable solutions. We are searching for a dedicated person focusing on driving activation initiatives in KA to join our team. Key functionality: ? KA Activation projects initiation and management (both online and offline): - RRP initiatives review and mechanics customization for NKA - Leading, piloting and mechanics adaptations - Cross-functional collaboration and alignment among stakeholders - Best practices monitoring and sharing (LKA, other markets) - Business canvas development - Learnings collection ? Digital Activation: - Digital mechanics integration to KA eco-systems (mobile apps, web-sites, loyalty programs) - Ensuring the deployment of the mechanics, adaptations, learning collection - Digital communication co-development and adaptation for specific accounts - Negotiations with accounts ? Projects Examples: - Leads generation - Vouchers redemption in KA (ERP/CRP) - CRP in KA - Flash promo for devices - Promo for accessories Requirements: ∙ Energy, entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude is a must ∙ Project Management Skills, agility to work in complex environment ∙ Previous experience in KA/Trade Marketing/Consumer Activation/RRP (at least in one of the functions) ∙ Advanced level of written and spoken English and Russian
