Over the past 4 years, in our Benelux affiliate, we have progressively deployed and implemented FFWD : a lean startup/enterprise and design thinking approach, operating using the core principles of agile, scrum and project based organisation. Teams within primarily Product/CX, Marketing, Digital and Sales are now all running initiatives using FFWD. As part of our scaling efforts across the business, we are looking for a talented FFWD/Product Management Coach. Reporting to the Commercial Program Head and member of the Consumer Experience team, your challenge will be to support (cross functional) teams to generate business and consumer impact by finding consumer validated solutions that are feasible and viable for the business. Working in a heavily regulated industry also means that you will need to be able to creatively and pragmatically apply the FFWD Toolbox. Your Mission: • Help leaders localise product strategy for maximum impact • Advise teams on defining project scope, goals, testing plan and deliverables • Coach (project) teams across the organization in understanding and validating user needs through design thinking, service design and lean startup approaches • Foster data literacy and data driven decision making • Support growth of the Benelux product portfolio through Growth Marketing • Train and coach product owners, teams and stakeholders • Support the PMO and Commercial Program Team in the prioritisation and facilitation of the Consumer Centric Organisation backlog • Regularly update key stakeholders, including management team, on progress of projects • Develop internal capabilities in FFWD, through ongoing knowledge transfer, education and engagement within all levels of the Benelux organization. • Support the CX team with the identification and delivery of new customer focused products/services You: • You are a servant-leader and coach; an empathetic listener committed to the growth of people and the organization. • You have the passion and drive to encourage, influence and enable teams and key stakeholders to achieve their full potential in an environment where change is not yet the new normal. • You are a framework agnostic and agile champion, promoting the use of various design thinking, lean startup and agile practices, values and rules to the organization. Having a consumer centric mind-set is key in this role. • You’re a highly pragmatic problem-solver : you meet teams and leaders where they are and find the best path forward to build the product, leveraging tools and framework to ensure a high quality output. • You are a strong facilitator who helps the team understand & achieve their common objectives • Practical experience in applying Lean Startup, Design Thinking within team and corporate environment in a non IT environment and a with a solid project management background. • A working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban practices • The ability to deal with ambiguity • Storytelling and communication skills. Package deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion that addresses business needs • Cross industry experience (preference for experience in highly regulated industries) is a plus, curiosity to learn more about ours a must • Fluent in English. French and/or Dutch is a plus. What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying.
