Your ‘day to day’ You will work within the team and contribute to the design, development, deployment and monitoring of PMI's Talent Acquisition strategy, mindset, framework and tools, to ensure competitive advantage through an effective and efficient talent acquisition process and technology infrastructure. Your core responsibilities Strategy: - Craft a digital consumer first digital experience strategy ensuring hi-touch meaningful human connections via hi-tech digital engagement - Elevate PMFTC Employer Brand Equity via corporate brand refresh and global employer value proposition (#MakeHistory) Policies, Processes and Partnerships: - Ensure alignment to PMI social media guidelines when managing the omnichannel content calendar (LinkedIn, Facebook) - Manage creative agency contracts and partnership as well as employer branding agencies (Universum) - Own partnerships with academe and professional networks driving better engagement and further building on the employer brand equity of PMFTC Inc Subject matter expertise: - Strong brand management and digital marketing experience either in recruitment, employer brand or product or services - Research best practices and best-in-class TA practices to design and define global improvements and new functionalities to enhance PMI's Recruitment process What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
