As a Brand Manager Portfolio and Consumer Value, you will lead strategic RRP projects, as a critical value driver across our organization by bringing news on the market and establish the footprint of across the market. As a portfolio gate keeper, you need to recognize relevant consumer needs and be able to address them through targeted initiates. Your ‘day to day’ • Create and define consumer propositions by leading the organization of campaigns and promo initiatives • Manage strategic projects part of the marketing strategy • Accountable for in-market portfolio documentation • Initiate portfolio projects following the internal process • Participate in commercial programs, projects, and initiatives from idea generation to go-to-market and post evaluation • Close collaboration with other markets and global portfolio team • Maintaining up to date records related to all portfolio initiatives • Propose solutions for acquisition, awareness, and retention Who we’re looking for • 5+ years of experience at marketing / project management (end to end project delivery) • Ability to understand and leverage business and commercial insights • Ability to adapt to changing environment • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects with precision • Strong critical thinking and creativity • Fluency in Bulgarian and English • Bachelor’s degree required What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
