As a Reporting Analyst, you will be part of Commercial Analytics and Reporting team of Philip Morris Bulgaria EOOD and will play a key role in providing data-driven business performance insights to the organization based on automatic and integrated reporting. Your ‘day to day’ •Create and distribute regular or ad-hoc local reports by using Excel files with Pivot, Power Query, Power BI or similar BI solutions, •Maintain databases and respective updates as necessary to ensure accuracy and pre-defined structure, •Monitor results to identify changes in commercial performance. Communicate pro-actively data-driven insights and analysis to the involved stakeholders. •Facilitate the analytical needs of the business by designing custom-made reports and analysis. •Consolidate and track business KPIs status to support objectives’ achievement. •Commercial activities results validation, confirmation, and evaluation Who we’re looking for •University degree in Statistics, Business Information, Economics, Informatics or related field, •Preferably 3+ years‘ experience in a “big-data” environment, •Strong attention to details and quality review of deliverables, •Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian, •Team player with high level of agility and customer centricity, •Excel, Power Pivot for Excel, Power Query for Excel, •POWER–BI or similar working will be considered as an advantage, •SQL is an advantage What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
