As a Reporting and Analytics executive, you will be part of Commercial Analytics and Reporting team of Philip Morris Bulgaria EOOD and will play a key role in providing data-driven business performance insights to the organization based on automatic and integrated reporting. Your ‘day to day’ • Develop, visualize, and maintain regular or ad-hoc local reports by using Excel files with Pivot, Power Query, Power BI or similar BI solutions • Facilitate the analytical needs of the business and main stakeholders, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver outstanding data products and insights • Participate in cross-departmental discussions and support decision making process by providing data driven insights and business performance analysis • Prepare, cascade and monitor closely monthly and annual commercial objectives in alignment with strategic plans and deployment directions • Evaluate campaigns key performance indicators at planning and actual level, ensure common alignment with finance and business stakeholders • Ensure commercial activities results validation and confirmation • Translate business functional requirements into technical specifications and, conversely, technical approaches into easily digestible terms, • Create and automate new processes in reporting and data repository maintenance. Who we’re looking for • University degree in Statistics, Business Information, Economics, Informatics or related field, • Preferably 4+ years’ experience in a “big-data” environment • Strong attention to details and quality review of deliverables • Ability to translate complex data into insights, and to communicate to a broader audience including management • Ability to aggregate market qualitative feedback with quantitative insights and translate findings into actionable analysis and recommendations • Effective presentation skills across a diverse audience up to the Executive level • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian • Team player with high level of agility and customer centricity • Expertise in benchmarking, reporting/data visualization tools • Working knowledge with POWER–BI or similar • Excel, Power Pivot for Excel, Power Query for Excel • SQL is an advantage What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
