WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • A university degree in IT or related filed. • Knowledge and deep understanding of ITSM (Information Technology Service Management). • A strong understanding of Service Integration, Vendor Management, Operational risk and resilience, Business Process improvement methods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices. • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders. • Proven track record in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments. • Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. • Experience working with SCRUM and Kanban. • Good communication skills and fluency in English. HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Ensures the successful end-to-end coordination of all support streams within B2C area (Level 3 product teams, data remediation team, etc.). • Challenges the status-quo, and delivers solutions that meet the needs of the business design team. • Mobilizes and coordinates of various cross-functional agile teams, from development teams, configuration teams to release teams. • Makes sure that all teams involved are delivering solutions to address and remediate incidents, problems and data quality issues. • Collaborates with our service organization to continuously improve our service quality KPIs and SLAs.
