We are currently looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition The scope of the role is to drive Talent Acquisition strategy and deploy several initiatives across the group of affiliates in our Cluster (Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia) ensuring focus and balance between regional and local needs, to attract and secure a strong Talent pipeline, supporting today’s and future business needs. WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE? • Define Cluster TA Strategy & Cluster TA Plans based on current and anticipated needs; Propose and monitor the TA budget; monitor Cluster TA KPIs • Define & Deploy Cluster Sourcing; identify requirements and pass demand to direct sourcing Hub/accountable for Yearly recruitment plan and rolling forecast • Select, manage and evaluate the performance of cluster search agencies reflecting current and future needs of cluster functions • Build Cluster TA Organization and deploy EU TA capabilities framework for 2 team members who will report to the role - TA Specialist CZ and Employee Branding Lead CZ, SK, HU • Guarantee continuous improvement of TA activities, collaborate with other TA cluster teams and across clusters for TA design and exchange of knowledge • Deploy EU on-boarding approach and/or adapt EU onboarding concept, according to cluster needs, integrate with function-specific onboarding needs • Manage TA Projects for EU and group of clusters as defined by EU TA Plan, guarantee efficient execution and co-ordination of all Cluster TA activities • Coordinate all recruitments (point of contact for P&C Managers and interface with Direct Sourcing Hub for Senior level), Ensure coordination with SSC (Shared Service Center) in recruitment related activities • Evaluate and monitor TA KPIs regarding all cluster sourcing, engagement, assessment, and onboarding activities • Regular review and prioritize TA activities with P&C Director/P&C Managers; Execute exit interviews for Senior level WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • University degree – business/social sciences with additional certificates, a degree in Human Resources is an advantage • 6-8 years in Human Resources and multinational environment; minimum 4-5 years in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition; experience with people management • Native Czech/Slovak language and advanced English • Advanced MS Office user (PowerPoint, Excel – advanced formulas) • Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives • Expertise & in-depth experience in Employer Branding, CRM, Assessment; • Experience in training and coaching line managers on recruitment and selection philosophies, processes, and policies; • Experience in leveraging metrics and internal/external insights to identify and implement areas for process and program improvement; • Experience in leading multiple, medium-scale projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop relationships and influence others • People management experience • Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to detail. • Strong communication and analytical skills.
