The CRM Hub Manager is responsible for activating email and SMS marketing campaigns for local markets, distributing CRM agency resources as needed and ensuring global initiatives are launched, following Campaign Activation & Optimization (CA&O) team functional guidelines. Marketing campaigns may be executed directly by the CRM Hub team or may be driven by the CA&O team in collaboration with markets, and then executed by the CRM Hub team. As the leader of this team, this role is a key point of contact and communications between the markets, functional CRM agency partners, and the central CA&O team. This challenging yet rewarding role will have a direct impact in commercializing reduced risk products online and moving PMI towards a smoke-free future. This opportunity is based in PMI’s Regional Hub based in Jakarta and directly reports to Head of Digital Hub APAC Your ‘day to day’ • Coordinate the successful delivery of marketing campaigns within Hub Operations to markets assigned to that Region. • Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to manage journeys, segmentation and assets for mail and SMS campaigns. • Utilize a team of agency consultants to activate SFMC marketing campaigns in assigned markets, engaging in resource planning and advising the Head of Digital Hub APAC on overall team performance. • Conduct quality checks and handle approvals of layouts from agencies and Operations Center (OC) • Build workflows to automate contacting and triggering of further action for local campaigns and adapting for global campaigns • Act as main point of contact for Global Campaign Execution team, conduct quality check and provide approvals • Maintain 360° view on CRM campaign effectiveness and ensure appropriate campaign tracking. • Follow SFMC capability best practices and keep up to date on capability enhancements. • Communicate with Hub Operations, Campaign Activation Manager, Regions and Markets to maintain the visibility of the CA&O department Who we’re looking for: • Understanding of CRM platforms and demonstrated expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Proficiency with other marketing automation tools and capabilities a plus. • Strong data-driven mentality to identify key opportunities for campaign improvements • Experience with customer loyalty and discount programs to increase customer retention as well as acquisition via advocacy • Hands-on experience with email and mobile retention marketing • Strategic thinking and mindset • Strong project management skills • Fluent written and spoken English • Analytical skills and strategic agility • Communicative and customer-centric • Ability to work in diverse teams, well-organized, strong attention to detail • Previous work experience in CRM management within B2C corporate or start-up • Experience with a global company / large massively-matrixed organization a plus • HTML/CSS skills a plus What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
