Digital Projects Leader CRM

Job Purpose: Achieve digital marketing objectives by developing the CRM infrastructure as well as by executing digital communication and ensuring prominent LAS reach and engagement. It is also required to manage CRM channels: e-mail, SMS, messengers, web, call centre and establish actionable reporting to guarantee continuous improvement of the CRM ecosystem. Qualification & Experience: At least three years of experience in CRM (Infrastructure, Processes, Communication, Reporting) Main Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop digital communication strategy - Build operational CRM & digital communication plan - Execute digital campaigns and improve efficiency - Maximize DB engagement and ensure retention within DB - Lead the development of web assets to maximize consumer reach and engagement - Assess CRM & Digital effectiveness and manage reporting frameworks, define KPIs - Build and enhance CRM business processes - Manage the CRM database and control behavioral and attitudinal segmentation - Supervise claim management and guarantee efficiency - Develop and supervise CRM infrastructure - Safeguard CRM expertise and establish knowledge sharing practices Functional Skills - Knowledge of CRM tools and infrastructure components (from business requirements to deployment) - Expertise in establishment and centralization of CRM processes - Experience with effective digital communication (format, frequencies, content) - Technical expertise (databases, API, data exchange protocols) We offer: - Permanent employment contract; - Encouraging and motivating corporate culture; - Competitive salary; - Life insurance, voluntary medical insurance; - Trainings; - Meal allowance
