TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT - Contract Type: Permanent - Work location: Philip Morris Korea, 10, Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Korea YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’ The role partners with other Digital departments (Projects, Advertising, Experience), IT B2C team & Consumer Experience department (Acquisition & Retention) to deliver high quality CRM experiences that drive Consumers through their journey from Prospect to IQOS advocate. The role owns and delivers against all audience digital loyalty KPIs (contactable database size, engagement, conversion, repeat purchase, referrals and advocacy), messaging to ensure people understand why they should engage, whilst driving ongoing improvement and innovation. It also lead all earned media initiatives on Kakao including community management, relationship management and linking this with the digital loyalty programs. 1) Our digital earned media is intended to be the focal point for bonding Owners with our IQOS brand and stimulating advocacy. Developing, managing and optimizing all digital earned media channels (eCRM, Kakao, SMS) is the foundation stone of this role. Devise strategy to connect channel and content - for the right messaging, delivered in the right form, at the right time, for the right person. Expertise needed includes Consumer Journey Design, Journey Orchestration, Information Architecture, Digital Content (campaign and always on), Service Design, Consumer Data insight; Development (in partnership with our digital agencies), Testing, Deployment and Measurement / Insight / Reporting 2) Contribute thinking to the digital tactics that deliver the businesses overall Consumer / Data / Digital Strategy and commercial objectives across Digital & IT. As an integrated business leader and digital/data subject matter expert, pursues tactical thinking and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of business' overall consumer/data/digital strategy and commercial objectives across Digital & IT. 3) Drive activation of our consumers and other audiences through the effective and innovative delivery of experiences via Digital Earned Media (including big data systems, insight and reporting, automation tools, AI, etc.). Leverage on experience and expertise to inspire disruptive innovation across the business. Engage digital partners and suppliers to support our eCRM and Advocacy goals to drive lifetime conversion of smokers from CC to RRPs. 4) Manage and mentor all members of the Digital Loyalty department to ensure delivery of campaigns and capabilities needed to achieve our overall digital strategy, programs, and commercial objectives. Ensure the team have, and inspire them to create, the space to deliver PMK to ensure that good work/practice is put in place, highlighted, shared, understood, and followed. 5) Facilitate close and consistent communication with Regional/ Global Teams to leverage innovative technologies & Loyalty initiatives and showcase local approaches with demonstratable commercial impact. 6) Embed new ways of working in partnership with other functions to ensure all new programs and projects follow a structured methodology. Purpose being to effectively discover, define, design, deliver, deploy and create data to power insight and optimization 7) Guarantee delivery of new programs, new capabilities, and enhancements across our digital earned media. Bring insights from behavioral and other datasets to drive earned media optimization, content optimization, and reporting. Partner with all functions to ensure an optimal combination of design, content, and functionality, aligned to and reflective of our brand, commercial, and digital objectives. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - At least 12 years of experience in managing digital programs and platforms in earned digital media channels, content, loyalty & retention, advocacy & referral - gained within an agency or client side. - People managing experiences is must - Demonstrable knowledge and experience delivering digital implementation and innovation in Digital Earned Media, including Community, eCRM, Data, Insight, Retention, Advocacy, Referral. - A strategic and implementation knowledge of digital earned media channels. - Must be able to demonstrate delivering projects in each of these areas. - Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is vital. - Understanding and demonstrable experience across a combination of: integrated digital consumer journey design, web strategy / delivery, creativity and content, Digital Earned Innovation, consumer data platforms, social listening / community management, marketing automation. - Worked in partnership with Digital agency to define, design and deliver large scale consumer goods or similar digital campaigns (even better if integrated with traditional media). - Core understanding of audience selection, activation and engagement, digital experience design and strategy.
