As a Commercial Reporting Executive (BE-LUX) you will work on delivering data and insights of commercial projects for Belgium and Luxemburg. Your challenge is to closely collaborate with different stakeholders in order to connect the dots in the available data and deliver insights on all the ongoing commercial projects/initiatives. The key projects are linked to new launches, portfolio optimization, trade marketing and commercial optimizations. Your key customers will be Field Sales BE and the Sales Team Luxemburg. You will also have the opportunity to further build the base of all commercial data availability in Power BI. Responsibilities of the role: • The update and optimization of running reports; • Understanding of stakeholder (ad hoc) report requests that need to be addressed to; • Understanding of stakeholder needs to seize opportunities to facilitate the stakeholders’ work; • Build new reports in Power BI while being in close contact with the Commercial Reporting Executive NL; • Understand the Sales Forces’ current and upcoming quarters planning to track and measure performed and planned activities and budgets. You: • Strong priority setting & agility skills • Reporting skills using Excel (Power BI knowledge is a plus but not a must) • Understanding of different kinds of data sources (Market data etc.) • Natural Collaboration skills (stakeholder management) • A good understanding of Dutch and/or French • Passion for customer centric working • Curiosity to explore new ways of developing our business and hands-on mentality to deploy new initiatives The position of a Commercial Reporting Executive will help you to enhance your experience in reporting, understanding data, deployment of commercial initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*. At the end of the process, each candidate will receive the assessment results, as well as actionable feedback for their further development. *Assessment Tests The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation. • Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings: 1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions) 2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking) 3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
