There’s endless space to develop too, so you’ll be progressing your career as fast as you build our smoke-free future (Purpose) Develop, propose and implement developmental and resourcing programmes that focus on developing core competencies to the level required to achieve the company's strategic goals. Lead Global, Regional and local market Talent Management, Talent Development & People Engagement projects such as Thrive, Inclusion & Diversity and people capability building which is customized to specific organization/functional needs. (YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’) *Talent Management - Facilitate the Talent Review discussion/evaluation process with the involvement of the HR Director to ensure a quality result and consistent principle/concept on organizational review, people development assessment across functions are in place. *Inclusion & Diversity - Lead and form x-functional team to embed diversity of thoughts and inclusive culture within the organization in line with Global & Regional PMI directions. *People Engagement - Develop the local engagement plan and content in partnership with regional engagement team. Deploy corporate people engagement initiatives locally. Define target metrics, monitor and report the progress of people engagement initiatives - iterate accordingly. *Project Planning & Budget Management - Manage, plan, control and monitor Talent Management, Talent Development, People Engagement and Projects budget to carry out the activities specified in OB plan in line with business needs. *Managing & Appraising Performance - Plan, control, facilitate, and implement the Performance Management system to meet all levels across entire organisation and in line with PMI standards, procedures and guidelines to ensure the performance appraisal system is in place in the organisation as a clear measurement and important development tool in recognizing employees’ success, high potentials or identifying improvement areas. *Building a competitive organization • Implement reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement • Optimize organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business • Conduct day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (for example : mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.) • Support line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues *Coaching and consulting leadership about HR matters • Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies • Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance *Requirement •Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to drive to consensus where appropriate •HR Business partnering and consulting background experience will be a plus •Excellent ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task assignments •Well-rounded analytical skills, ability to critically assimilate and assess data •Experiences in the areas of people/org program delivery and creation *
