Your ‘day to day’ As a Consumer Insights & Business Intelligence Lead you will support the Latin America region in achieving commercial results across both Reduce Risk products and conventional cigarettes by: *Working with Commercial, Consumer Journey, and Channel teams to lead priority research projects based on consumer feedback via the NPS system and Consumer Journey Trackers to strengthen OB and Commercial Plans. *Becoming a trusted business partner of internal customers by providing market research recommendations based on business understanding. *Partner with a network of PMI market researchers and external agencies to ensure market research projects follow Philip Morris International standards and are implemented with the highest quality and with learnings leveraged to the maximum. *Analysing market trends focusing on the performance of critical commercial initiatives and transition of legal age smokers to RRPs. Who we’re looking for *Minimum of '+5 years of working experience with market research or business intelligence *Agency and corporate experience are desirable. *Background with statistics/advanced analytics *Experience using data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, PowerBI) *Proficient in Spanish and English *Passion for understanding what our consumers think and feel, helping the organization experience the Consumer Journey *Ability to land insights by balancing storytelling / clear recommendations *Lean & Agile mindset *A highly-collaborative individual with solid communication skills to make consumer insights relevant to different audiences *Ambitious, results-driven mindset. Capable of aligning top-down, cross-functional, and cross-market priorities, analysis, and insights *Background in statistics/mathematics / data analysis preferred.
