As an IT Service Integrator – Life Sciences, you will co-ordinate and consolidate the management of individual affiliate and global IT application services in Life Sciences’ domain, from Service Providers in order to provide an end-to-end IT service management to the affiliates or to global functions, their customers and their users, whilst ensuring that the services consistently meet the business objectives and requirements for performance, quality, cost and assurance. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Knowledge and deep understanding of IT Infrastructure Library offerings (ITIL® 4) • Knowledge and deep understanding of ITSM – Information Technology Service Management • 5+ years of experience in ITIL Based Service Management practices. understanding of industry practices and international standards • Service Integration and Management (SIAM™) Professional Certified, ITIL V3 Expert, ITIL 4 Managing Professional • A strong understanding of Service Integration, Vendor Management, Operational risk and resilience, Business Process improvement methods as well as risk related control frameworks and practices WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Lunch card (Sodexo) • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Oversee the delivery of affiliate or global IT services, under the FMS contract to ensure that such services are delivered according to the terms and conditions of the contract and all SLAs are adhered to. • Act as the Single Point-of-Contact for Affiliates or Global Teams, for any escalations regarding service delivery from the vendors and orchestrate the resolution of these escalations across all parties. • Have responsibility for ensuring all agreed IT policies and system controls are adhered to, followed and reviewed regularly for the scope of services under the positions responsibility. • Be the final point of service escalation and resolution for any major service incidents, disruptions or performance degradations, for affiliates or global teams • Ensure in collaboration with the IT Platforms and affiliates, that any changes in service capacity are planned, budgeted for and implemented as agreed.
