Your ‘day to day’: Contribute to the transformation, vision of the company and fulfilment of business objectives through the preparation and execution of technical training programs for commercial areas bred to bear on work methodologies. 1. Review the training programs in accordance with new and changing business needs, internal customers, trends, methods, and technologies. Identify gaps in employee skills, coordinate, plan, prioritize and evaluate all training activities to develop and maintain technical sales skills and knowledge to increase results. 2. Craft the approach and methodology of the different trainings of the area, according to the needs and development plan of the roles of the commercial area, aligning with the current policies/procedures/standards in a cost-efficient manner. 3. Develop a long-term strategic relationship with internal functions, as well as with external parties, to facilitate collaboration in the future development plan and facilitating the achievement of objectives in an efficient manner. timely, highly effective, and efficient. 4. Promote the engagement of commercial roles with business objectives seeking outstanding results through the development, communication, and implementation of the mechanics of the recognition program. 5. Identify, propose, and complete the annual training budget in the sales area. In addition, propose in the short term (annual) the initiative for the training plan of the channels in charge. Who we’re looking for: • A minimum of a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar. • At least 3 years proven in commercial areas. One year at the supervisory level in commercial roles. Experience in people development. Preferred B2C sales experience. • Understanding of trade channels such as Indirect Retail and Direct Retail. • Validated experience with Consumer Knowledge, Insights & Analytics into action. • Creativity and ability to produce innovative and impactful ideas. • Effective communication and Relationships Skills. • Advanced English level is required, capable of maintaining conversations on daily basis. • Collaborate and apply a global mindset - delivering strong results in closer partnership across work areas.
