For our Digital Media operations team in London we are therefore looking for a Digital Paid Media Operations Manager. The overall purpose of this position will be responsibility for overseeing the subject matter experts (SMEs) supporting the deployment of digital paid media campaigns in 5 Regional Hubs who service 60+ countries, driving brand awareness and commercial success of Smoke Free Products through Digital Media channels. This role will support our Digital Media operations from London, providing directions on paid media processes to the Hubs by leveraging the collaboration with the paid media strategy team. This role will monitor resource capacity, maintain vendor relationships to scale digital media operations, plan global and local deployment roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of global and local digital marketing campaigns to the markets through the Hubs. You will: • Oversee Digital Marketing Operations for Digital Media in the 5 Regional Hubs that will implement global and local digital marketing campaigns in 60+ countries • Work closely with Regional Hub Paid Media Leads in the 5 Regions to ensure Digital Media is providing quality services to the markets, and support the Regional Hub Paid Media Lead, when digital marketing execution does not meet expectations • Oversee global operations governance and facilitate audits of subject matter experts (SMEs) in the Hubs to direct performance challenges • Maintain operations excellence to ensure that global and local digital marketing campaigns are completed timely and to the market’s satisfaction • Provide feedback on opportunities in Digital Media to the Head of Digital Media so strategy can be updated or altered • Monitor resource capacity and budget within operations, scale operations with agency consultants as needed and maintain vendor relationships for operational efficiency, negotiating competitive rate cards and handling good receipts on work performed • Measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs, providing ongoing practical insights into campaign performance to relevant partners • Supporting the Paid Media Hub Leads in analyzing post-campaign results against objectives to improve performances of market’s campaigns. • Highlight and share standard methodologies amongst relevant PMI communities to standardize the paid media knowledge scouting potential opportunities for the markets! We’re looking for someone with: • Master’s degree in marketing or business preferred with experience in digital marketing / digital paid media advertising preferred • Proven experience in corporate or agency handling global Digital Media operations (restricted marketing categories preferred) • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple partners across the global digital footprint to drive brand awareness and commercial success • Strong people management skills with experience on managing remote teams in multiple locations and agency relationships. • Experience working with leading DMP’s e.g., SFDC/Krux, and DSP’s e.g., MediaMath and The Trade Desk. • Strong knowledge of data and audience management, segmentation, and data privacy.
