Your ‘day to day’ As Materials Coordinator, you will be responsible for order management namely: calculation of material requirements, order to warehouse, receiving, staging, and delivery to production areas based on the production plan. Your responsibilities include: • coordinating and expediting material flows based on production plans in order to meet production requirements • monitoring all materials movement and managing related documentation forms related to ensuring accuracy and availability of said materials as well as performing SAP transactions related to these materials movement • performing data analysis and process improvement programs related to materials management process • managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal system in accordance to company and government policies and regulations Who We’re looking for You have at least a bachelor’s degree and has at least 2 years of experience in handling SAP transactions. Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and must be highly proficient in using Excel for data analysis and report creation. You must be amenable to work in shifting schedules in our Batangas plant.
