Reporting to the Digital Manager, E-Commerce Executive supports the digital team to deliver best in class e-Commerce experience and drive trading of our products through the site. Focus on delivering the SEO strategy, promotions, and supporting the team to drive best UX for our customers. It’s an energized, exciting, engaging experience. A day in the life of E-Commerce Executive: • Supporting the team with driving e-Commerce trading through product, price, promotions and regular reporting; • Contributing to the e-Commerce operations of the business, inclusive of page setup, product information capture and merchandising execution to name a few; • Delivering to the US strategy and standards, completing digital visual design as well as customer research testing and project management. We’re looking for someone who has: • 3+ years’ experience within an e-Commerce retail business environment, with strong data analysis; • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; • Software skills such as JIRA, Google Analytics, HotJar, Salesforce as well as experience with driving SEO, CRO, UX and UI improvements; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Degree Qualified (Digital/Marketing).
