Your ‘day to day’ Responsible for administering and managing employee benefits programs (statutory and company), including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible benefits programs, and benefits reimbursements. As the function aims to gain efficiencies and effectiveness in administration and operations, the role is expected to participate and contribute on various projects and initiatives. · Responsible for the accurate and timely enrollment of benefits, changes, renewals and terminations. Ensures accurate and timely submission of premium deductions from salary based on benefits costs validated from HR and Benefits systems. Liaise with 3rd party brokers and/or insurance vendors for efficient administration of benefits and management employee queries. · Responsible for the accurate processing of benefits reimbursements by reviewing submitted claims against PMI Benefit policies and guidelines. Ensures timely submission of payout for payroll processing. · Accountable in ensuring that benefit tasks and activities are performed with high standard quality and timeliness criteria to meet the agreed customer satisfaction score. · Handles queries/requests related to benefits transactions and processes from employees, line managers and P&C managers and oversees end-to-end case resolution within set timelines, from receiving the request to providing the answer to the customer and receiving feedback after service. · Controls and Compliance: o Performs required controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements, local legislation and regulation o Performs necessary audit on data entered into HRIS by data management teams, within the agreed parameters and timelines · Participates in or leads functional/cross-functional projects and initiatives Who we’re looking for? · A candidate with minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in multinational environment (preferably in P&C area) · Background in Benefits Administration · Knowledgeable in HRIS and/or benefits technology (preferably SAP or SuccessFactors) · Strong practical MS Excel knowledge and other MS Suites · Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solver · With aspirations and experience in leading projects (i.e., basic Project Management) · Experience in vendor management is a plus · Stakeholder Management across different levels of organization and across borders & cultures What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
