Planing & Reporting Executive RRP

WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT? - Toolbox and BR footprint (How many Sales Experts work in a POS? What they should wear? How many BR POS have zones of a certain size and where are they?) - Sales Teams remuneration and motivation toolbox (What is a best KPIs set for sales teams? What we will take as a benchmark?) - Communicating monthly BR channel activities to all stakeholders within Area departments (What is new in this month RRP brief? Who should do what and when?) - Help deploy all RRP activities related to BR channel (What is materials allocation? What is changing in planograms? If we launch new device, what are quantities per agency?) - Field visits and consumers insights gathering - Collect, analyse and share key learnings and best practices (What our city A is doing different that should be applied for other cities B and C as a best practice?) - Brand retail efficiency/KPIs analysis (What works well this month? How does RRP Brand Retail success should be measured? What is NPS / CRP dynamics and why?) ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE - Good understanding of Retail operations model - Field experience as a Retail RRP Exe, Supervisor RRP Retail/Supervisor RRP Development (managing Brand Retail/FSP) - Commercial Planning experience will be a big advantage - Strong collaboration and communication skills - Learning on the fly, ability to structure data coming from multiple sources English (Intermediate)
