As a Deploy & Change Lead, you will be responsible for the deployment of new products and services in the markets and/or functions, guaranteeing technical and operational readiness while ensuring strong partnership with the business on change and engagement activities in order to achieve a successful implementation. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Professional experience in leading the delivery of projects affecting business processes and systems in the organization (ideally gained within HR function). • Solid project management skills related to the delivery of regional and global programs. • Good attention to detail and approach to working in a thorough way, with the ability to independently plan and implement a series of coordinated actions. • Ability to influence at all levels within an organization without direct authority. • Excellent communication skills, with ability to frame change message and facilitate discussion. • Relentless drive and passion in transforming the service, processes, and tools to enhance our employee experience. WHAT WE OFFER YOU? • Private medical and dental care, life insurance • Subsidized meals in company canteens • Hybrid working model and flexible working arrangements • Employee pension plan • Multisport program • Cafeteria program • Wide range of trainings, optional language classes, further education and professional qualification support possibility • Free bike and car parking for all employees HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? • Create a deployment plan for the ‘change’, including associated change activities, governance, hypercare and consolidation into business as usual. • Onboard your project team members and consolidate their input into the deployment plan for the delivery of their respective milestones. • Facilitate regular engagements with stakeholders, encouraging a culture of collaboration and responsibility for both resolving issues and celebrating successes. • Ensure delivery of milestones through the project life cycle, completing the required acceptance criteria for stage gate achievement. • Work closely with relevant stakeholders in delivering and implementing communication and engagement plans that will support our employees through the ‘change’. • Proactively identify risks, call-out issues and ensure these are addressed and mitigated. • Communicate and monitor success metrics, and cultivate stakeholder participation in the iterative design through the feedback loop. • Share your project experiences, lessons learned and issues among the project team members and communities of practice.
