We are looking for a People & Culture (HR) Operations Lead – Total Rewards who will work in our headquarters in Istanbul and be responsible for implementation of total rewards policies and strategies throughout the organization and ensuring that this will support the business in attracting, retaining and motivating our talents. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Lead the rewards projects for the organization • Follow market trends in total rewards and salary & benefits survey in coordination with global total rewards team • Monitor, evaluate and administer benefits & wellbeing programs to ensure that programs are current with regard to trends and practices • Manage relations with benefits vendors • Prepare benefits budget and effectively track costs of total rewards offerings • Support deployment of wellbeing and employee experience initiatives and projects • Provide guidance to employees and line managers regarding all rewards queries • Review and ensure all C&B programs and practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements, providing recommendations as new regulations are enacted This position can be something for you if you recognize yourself in the below profile. You: • Hold a university degree • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Total Rewards • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Have digital literacy around HR technology and ability to identify needs to turn data into insights • Have strong communication & analytical skills and have attention to detail • Are collaborative, a team player and customer oriented How does this sound?
