In this exciting role, you will be accountable for managing the onboarding and ongoing upskilling of our field-based employees through a comprehensive learning program. You will do this by developing their Learning Strategy and the roadmap for new and existing team members by closely collaborating with key partners! Your day to day Reporting to the Manager Commercial Organisation Development, you will take full ownership for the design, development, and deployment the Learning Journeys and Training Sessions. Our robust Learning Journey is based on the 70-20-10 model and has a learner led approach. Working regularly and collaborating closely with the Field Leadership team, you will be aligning the ongoing Learning Strategy and priorities for our Field Force and adapt where necessary. In addition to this, you will also be the primary contact for the Key Account team (B2B) to co-develop the learning journey and the design and deployment of learning interventions for them. To continually improve and enhance the return on investment, you will also be measuring the impact and effectiveness of our learning initiatives and identify action plans. Being part of a global organisation, you will get chance to work closely with the global Capability Building Team to implement global initiatives and share best practice from the UK market. You’ll ensure that all activities deployed are in alignment with the compliance and integrity principles by setting an example and promoting compliance culture and ensuring that these are fully respected and integrated by team members. This role is office based with a requirement to be in field once a week to gain insight & feedback and to enhance the L&D offering. About you To be successful in this role, we are ideally looking for someone who is CIPD qualified or can demonstrate equivalent experience in Learning & Development strategy, design and delivery. You have excellent presentation and communication skills, and expertise in shaping, developing and deploying learning interventions. You have a good understanding of consumer journey principles and application with strong experience in building training plans.
