Your ‘day to day’ -Key role in the cluster Digital Unit, working closely with Consumer Experience and Commercial Operations to grow consumer engagement and conversion, while driving efficiency and provide data insights for our internal stakeholders and markets. -Email Marketing Strategy & Management, supporting acquisition and retention programs. -Define and optimize an ongoing Email Marketing and SMS strategy communication (aligned to global frameworks) including messaging, testing/optimization, segmentation, creative requirements, analysis and frequency. -Co-develop (with regional hub) an editorial calendar based on known global and validated local campaigns. -Revise editorial calendar & performance and provide corrective direction/feedback to Hub as necessary. -Marketing cloud – strategy and follow up. Who we’re looking for • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Commerce or any other related field. • 3+ years with experience in CRM: Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Mailchimp. • A data-focused mentality and familiarity with analytics platforms and with a track record of distilling actionable insights from data. • Advanced Excel Knowledge. • Advanced English. Skills • Proficient with Google Analytics 360, Salesforce Search Console and basic understanding of Google Tag manager • Ability to relate SEO concepts to non-SEO audiences of different levels. • Technical understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript (nice to have)
