Did you know we have awards for Equal Pay and Top Employer? https://www.pmi.com/careers/our?awards PURPOSE In your new position as Open+ Deployment Lead you are responsible for the support the deployment of Open+ across the factory in line with PMI Open+ strategy. You will act to be the first to obtain new knowledge and spread it across the organization to ensure effective capability building and business impact. You will act as a member of one or more Open+ pillars to deliver support and coaching to the employees at the most important areas of business. In the position of Open+ Deployment Lead you will work close with the Communications Coordinator on implementation of the factory Open+ communication strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES In your new position as Open+ Deployment Lead, you are responsible for: • Supporting Open+ implementation within the factory • Ensuring all relevant methods, standards and processes within the factory are fully in line with the global Open+ standards; • Providing coaching on RTT to Line structures, • Supporting Pillars teams and Open+ Manager in what concerns the preparation activities for the deployment of IOS in the affiliate; • Monitoring and communicating regularly the impact of Open+ deployment in what concerns Capability Building status and business impact for specific Pillars and Departments; • Delivering value though benchmarking and adopting Open+ tools best practices across PMI in a standardized and systematic way; • Coordinating and supporting training activities related to Open+ tools according to the phase requirements REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS To be successful in your new role as Open+ Deployment Lead you will need: • A Bachelor or Associate degree or equivalent; • More than 1 year of hands-on experience with PMI technology (RRP Primary, CC Primary, Flavors) • Continuous Improvement and Project Management experience will be an advantage; • Training and coordinating skills; • A track record of delivering important projects, KPIs or other milestones with excellence; • Professional knowledge of both English and Dutch language; As a person, you can be described as a good communicator with the ability to motivate and train others.
