Your ‘day to day’ • Design, develop and implement IT solutions based on Qualtrics products according to architectural standards and roadmaps for Market Insights, Consumer, & HR (P&C) domains • Analyze business requirements, recommend solutions and indicate implications and outcomes of proposed design and be able to translate them to user stories • Participate with architects in assessing new technologies - Implement solutions consistent with overall technical guidelines • Be responsible to all integrations in scope of CX/EX solutions (DellBoomi, Mulesoft, etc.) • Understand and ensure proper data security & data protection standards • Develops CX/EX platforms roadmaps to highlight improvements, identify potential solutions, and motivate the right team members and resources to assist with changes. • Builds organizational awareness of the customer experience / employee experience solutions and encourages opportunities to embed CX throughout the organization • Research CX/EX practices used to promote the experience programs • Provide maintenance and support for global CX/EX IT solutions to ensure performance and reliability, work with local, global, and external partners to improve the maturity and reliability of the services Who we’re looking for • Strong knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) or Employee Experience (EX) Platforms preferably Qualtrics or any of the following, but not limited to, Medallia, inMoment, or Confirmit • 3-5 years of experience configuring and maintaining Qualtrics (including integrations, workflows, reporting) • Experience in System Integrations (DellBoomi, Mulesoft, Solace etc.) • Knowledge of CX/EX Methodologies, Frameworks, Metrics (NPS, eNPS, CSAT, etc.) • Working knowledge of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP and experience with tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA) • Experience in global support environment and with geographically dispersed teams • Data Visualization & Data Analytics Skills is an asset • Be able to explain complex topics in a simple way and have good communication & presentation skills • Fluency in English is a must to take on this global role What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
