(Purpose) Sr. IT Analyst Consumer - B2C will interact with management team through multiple discussions and identifying / defining /analysing to build project scope for B2C requirements, and deal with issues that are noticeably different from what has been encountered previously. Act within established plans but with scope to develop new solutions that should represent major improvements or achievements in functional/project team result. (YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’) 1. Global Application Portfolio: - Understand and promote the Global Commercial Application Portfolio - Understand commercial teams business needs, rationalize and define IT solutions from the Global IT offering to deliver IT services required by these 2 functions - Proactively identify business requirements not supported by the Global IT Portfolio, communicate and agree the solution with regional and global Commercial BEs - Manage the deployment, localization and support of global/core business system solutions including data alignment. 2. Local Application Portfolio: - Manage the design, development and maintenance of local Commercial solutions following the global PMI standards and procedures 3. Deliver IT services in an optimum way (timely, cost effective, secure, stable, reliable and user-friendly, both from IT and user perspective) to maximize efficiency in the respective functional area 4. Plan and manage the delivery of consulting and other services by external and internal service providers in order to ensure delivered service levels meet the business needs. Select and manage contractual relationship with any locally sourced vendor. 5. Apply relevant principles, practices, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services. (Requirement) • Bachelor's Degree is a must. Major in Computer Science is preferable • Above 8 years IT experience • Worked in a large multinational company with a global IT organization/set-up and outsourcing model • Strong technical knowledge in MSSQL or Sales Force Automation in FMCG environment • Strong experience in Project Management, Vendor Management and Service Management (ITIL Service Manager Certified / or equivalent) •Good understanding of key IS delivery processes •Good understanding of business processes •Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions •Leadership and management experience will be a plus •Strong communication and presentation skills •Fluent Mandarin is a must #LIJobs
