Purpose of the role As the Trade Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end creation, production, deployment, and evaluation of all multi-category campaigns across our indirect, physical and digital channels. Day to day You will take ownership of the development & deployment of all digital CRM content creation and activation by using insights to drive performance against set campaign objectives. • You will be leading the creation of all briefs to instruct our agency, making sure all approval processes are followed, supervising the testing and content preparation for deployment across all agreed digital platforms. • Once completed, you’ll be sharing the final deployment plan with your stakeholders prior to deployment. You will be responsible for the deployment of our digital trade partnership platform. • You will manage the platform efficiency to enhance customer experience using digital insights. • You will align with key stakeholders in our commercial department to ensure that each campaign is set up correctly. • You’ll look for gaps and opportunities to improve the campaign performance. • You’ll take ownership in designing customer journeys to compliment our campaign objectives with the aim to maximise performance against set KPI’s. • Together with your line manager, you will agree the scope of the CRM deployment plan to ensure that all communication touch points are identified and utilized effectively to increase campaign engagement. Taking ownership to supervise our third-party supplier • You’ll be coordinating briefs, design and development of outputs from the creative agency and provide feedback where needed. • You’ll be taking on the project management of the campaigns from ideation through to production, continuously reviewing and evaluating return on investment for future solutions/campaign materials. • You will monitor in-market execution and initiate corrective actions based on data received from our marketing cloud. Resource management • You’ll efficiently manage the annual Trade spend budget to meet the annual objectives • You will be managing 3rd party contractual agreements aligned with the Procurement framework. Reporting on our digital campaigns • You will help with the creation of the holistic digital real time dashboard to use in evaluating and reporting against key digital activation performance. • You will maintain and update content using various reporting sources to ensure regular monthly reporting to the wider business. • You will use the insights to build recommendations for new opportunities for the CRM/digital activation across key areas in the UK. About you As a successful Trade Marketing Lead, you’ll have experience working in commercial functions, ideally in the FMCG industry. You’ll have ideally experience in digital marketing, consumer engagement, project management and trade marketing. You’ll have experience in using Salesforce platforms, specifically in community cloud and marketing cloud. You have strong analytical skills including the use of Google Analytics & Salesforce Einstein. You have experience in owning and leading creative campaign development from brief to deployment.
