Monitoring & Optimization Intern Act as an integral part of the Monitoring & Optimization team with the mission to ensure excellence of execution by co-pilot systematic process and program improvement: consistently reviewing actual performance, identifying areas and reasons for improvement, driving and monitoring the realization of corrective action plans. Who we’re looking for · Currently studying for your Master/bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or Business Analytics · High analytic « spirit », ability to design and simplify existing processes · Experience in collection, analysis, and evaluation of consumer data · Interested in customer care experience and insights · Fluent in French and English, German is beneficial Roles & Objectives · Support the team Manager in closely monitoring the execution of key fieldforce missions/ initiatives (incl. CSC) and raising early flags to help the execution teams achieve our strategic targets. · Closely collaborate with the key stakeholders to identify systematically recurring execution patterns and/or planning deficiencies, support the team Manager in identifying improvement areas and follow up to ensure corrective action plans are implemented consistently. · Support the team Manager to ensure retailer & field feedback is systematically integrated into market programs / processes · Support the team manager in optimizing the market Mystery Shopper programs to ensure consumer perspective on execution is systematically taken into account and considered for program design optimization and improvement of execution quality · Follow through consumer-facing missions, support the team Manager and execution teams in identifying the best way to ensure success, contribute to mission results assessment and ensure consistent feedback flow What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
