The mission of our IT Consumer and Data team is to deploy and sustain the technology that is critical for the success of our company’s mission in the Benelux and Nordic markets. The main responsibilities of the team are: - Delivery of B2B technology to optimally engage with trade partners - Delivery of a reporting environment that helps us become a data driven organization - The daily support and continuous enhancement of all B2C, B2B and BI solutions To strengthen this team, we are looking for an IT Analyst Data and Reporting Your ‘day to day’ Purpose of the Job: Access market analytics demand and ensure appropriate delivery of data capability in accordance with global analytics and data strategy and local components and data sources. As IT Data Analyst, you will provide direction to find new ways to turn data into market-facing products by delivering a data platform that empowers business users and relevant external parties to extract business-related insights. Furthermore, you will deliver a combination of products and services to build a data pipeline by establishing an integrated solution between multiple parties: internal, vendors, partners, retailers, or a combination of them. Finally, you will define the road to and deliver a data platform, that support the business developments and evolutions toward enhanced data availability, visualization, and analysis. Your accountabilities • Lead data management approach and practices to ensure maximum business value. You understand the business processes and you collaborate with your business counterparts to better support those with data collected from various source systems. You do this in an agile way. Support Data Warehouse solution for the PM Benelux and Nordic Markets following the global PMI standards and procedures by understanding the relationships between the data sets/processes used from cross-platform applications • Promote and enable Self-Service capabilities and Advanced Analytics in the market by partnering with business teams and stakeholders in identifying opportunities and addressing business pain points. • Assess and enable data analytics demands based on prioritization and impact. • Provide technical guidance and direction as well as contributing hands-on to project development. Build strong working partnership with product owners and deliver in alignment with project roadmap priorities. Ensures that MVPs are delivered in a secure, robust, scalable and (re)usable form which are in strong alignment with the product owner. • Facilitate preparation and run of Market BI Governance meetings. Drive prioritization. Issues and risks visibility and management. • Manage Root-cause analysis for Technical Data Quality issues of local data warehouse. Follow procedures and recommend enhancements/improvements for Data Quality issues under global platform teams • Promote data quality as a critical part of data driven company culture and day to day mindset; lead change management and education activities in data quality management throughout the company and Global EAD. • Manage external and internal service providers to ensure that service levels are met, and the costs are in line with the expectations Who we are looking for: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline • Experience of minimum 5+ years in the following areas: · Databases and data access for both SQL/NoSQL technology · Datawarehouse architecture and structure: ETL, data storage, metadata, data quality · Microsoft suite (SQL Server database, SSIS, SSAS) · Power BI for data visualization · Knowledge of Agile, DevOps methodologies · Service Management (ITIL) and project management methodologies · Jira, Confluence, Service Now · Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) is a plus • Demonstrated results through collaboration with business and technical team to provide timely and accurate data platforms for self-service reporting environment • Experience in working with B2B and B2C environment • Fluent in English • Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate at different levels in the organization. • Agile techniques and principles • Team player, positive attitude, and willingness to share competencies What will the selection process look like? Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match with the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews. In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*.
