Your ‘day to day’ • Provide data insights ranging from click attribution to media mix modeling to optimize recruitment marketing campaigns on various channels • Develop marketing data roadmap and enforce industry standard methodologies to develop scalable data solutions • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports across PMI channels, platforms, and other performance segments (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Search, Google Ads) • Analyze external and internal candidate data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Google Analytics), statistical analysis tools (PowerBI), and campaign management software tools (Sprinklr). • Evaluate the target market’s online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further improvements to the candidate experience. • Analyze A/B and Multi-variate tests that communicate results and provide recommendations. • Build PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments. • Advise other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for Global Candidate Market data. • Has a solid understanding of digital marketing and can lead and report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels like web, social, email, live events, webinars, and online communities Who we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or graduate degree • 6-7 years of work experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing experience – handling and analyzing large data sets to drive conclusions optimally • Excellent communication skills; this role requires regular interaction with executives and team leads from across the company • Experience in sophisticated analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate and A/B testing, customer segmentation, and marketing efficiency • Experience building and automating management level reporting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred • Strong understanding of digital media and eCommerce business models • Experience with online advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn Qualifications • Proficient in marketing research, statistical analysis, crafting strategic marketing campaign designs • Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of discernment • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills • Proven track record in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy What we offer Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
