We are looking for you: · Currently studying for your Master degree - or finished your bachelor’s degree - in management, business, economics, data analytics or any related fields · You have a strong communication skill both verbal and written, · You have a ‘never give up attitude’, · You are comfortable in working with high uncertainty projects · You are fluent in English, German is a strong asset You will join the Planning & Governance team, a division of the Commercial Operation Team. There, you will report directly to the Planning & Prioritization, Manager. The Planning & Governance Team serves as the bridges between the Field Teams’ and the headquarters of the Swiss Market. You will support the team in providing clarity of direction for the frontline teams, ensuring that execution addresses the strategic needs of the Swiss market. Your role will be based in Lausanne. Roles & Objectives · Support the team in providing the frontline teams with transparent expectations, well-defined success criteria, roles & responsibilities, and ownership structures. · Support the optimization of frontliner governance process for all frontliner teams. · Build trust with the frontliners teams to maximize the team's collaboration with the frontliners' team. · Help the team on its communication - with a focus on the plans for Commercial Operations' key missions, programs, and initiatives. · Actively contribute to the optimization of communications to the field, making sure the critical information about the targets, missions adaptations, and talking points are clearly stated and timely shared with the relevant frontliner's team management. · Support and lead future project of the team.
