About the program As an intern, you will contribute to projects which consist of supporting the Supervisor P&C in the development, coordination, follow-up, deployment and measurement of capability building and engagement initiatives. Who we’re looking for Currently studying for your Master degree in human resources, organizational psychology or business administration • Good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills • Team player who is highly collaborative, creative, participative, autonomous with strong sense of responsibility • Strongly motivated candidates passionate about learning and development • Good level of English and French Roles & Objectives • Contribution to P&C projects • Actively promote P&C engagement and communication activities • Execution of learning strategy and overall coordination of learning program • Liaise with P&C central functions on P&C reports analysis and employee lifecycle activities • Coordination of welcome days and on boarding newcomers • Provide support on P&C administration What we offer You will join P&C (People & Culture - our HR function), which has a huge role to play in our transformation. You will be supporting the team in the factory environment in Neuchâtel (Switzerland).
