This internship program will give students the opportunity to learn about the world of 1-to-1 communication with consumers. Who we’re looking for o Currently studying Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing o Familiarity with CRM and Digital Marketing concepts o Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and PowerBI o Knowledge of Microsoft Office o Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills o An eye for detail - ability to proof one’s own work and catch errors o Has a desire to learn and grow o Highly organized, can multi-task in high-pressure situations o Dependable and punctual o Ability to work within a team environment o Proactive, sense of initiative, self-motivated o Fluent in English. Beneficial to be fluent in at least one of the following: German, French, or Italian Description We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern who will be responsible for supporting the CRM team on reporting, insights, and operations. Their duties will include supporting the quality assurance (testing) process, generating reports and insights of all 1-to-1 communications, and overall CRM operations. The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, be thoughtful with decision making, and have a strong motivation to learn. Roles & Objectives · Collaborate within the CRM team and with other marketing teams for supporting the quality assurance (testing) process · Gather data from different sources to create reports on all 1-to-1 communications · Generate insights and recommend action steps to improve future communications · Learn about industry best practices and share ways to incorporate those learnings in our communications · Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven relationship builder · Ensure projects are completed with the highest quality and within the designated timeline What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
