For our Global Trackers team, based in central London UK, we are therefore looking for a Manager Global Trackers. In this position you will report to Head Global Trackers. You will : • Be responsible for leading Global Trackers: project management, Qnre design and implementation, coordination with agencies/regions • Set-up / upgrade reporting / analysis platforms • Develop self-serve solutions (dashboards / standard reports) to minimize ad-hoc reporting and creating one source of truth for the Global trackers reporting across PMI • Be central contact for Insights team and stakeholders (in OC) for any request related to the analysis & reporting solutions for the trackers • Be in close collaboration with agencies / OC / regions / markets for the business needs regarding the trackers • Organize trainings and coach Insight teams in terms of making efficient use of global trackers data • Lead budget for the trackers and reporting solutions We are looking for: • University degree in Economy, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Marketing, Engineering. • Substantial experience in Market Research /Consumer Insights. • Experience in running trackers, • Experience in development & maintenance of dashboards and standardized reports and in management of data platforms, • Significant, confirmed project management experience (agile project management will be a plus) • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into simplified, user-friendly, persuasive dashboards and presentations, • Ability to dive deep into quantitative data to understand consumer delights & pain points, • Excellent communication skills (communicating results in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management), • Seasoned and strategic multitasker, • Collaborative approach: works well in cross-functional teams • Proficient in written and spoken English.
