We are looking for Manager, Initiative Management for our PMTM Factory in Torbalı, Izmir, who will ensure proper projects planning execution and that all projects are implemented with a standard approach of Initiative Management IM) in line with CBN and co-work with central function and VSU (Vertical Startup) leader to reach and exceed expected projects goals in terms of VSU achievement, time and cost. Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are: • Co-define and prepare, with COE(Center of Excellence) and MS (Manufacturing Solution), all deployment Capex and Expenses for all the central projects cascaded in the factory • Coordinate the suppliers and OEM in order to respect deliverables of the project and contribute to the growing of the cultural mind set of the suppliers • Assure that all suppliers under his/her supervision understand and comply with the Company' EHS&S policies • Hold the responsibility for the occupational health and safety within his department and implementation of the EHS Management Program, by ensuring adherence to the applicable procedures • Guarantee the quality of current and new initiatives via continuously updated methods and qualification standards in order to introduce new product/processes in line with PMI quality standards, and to deliver expected quality via a competent and adequate qualification process • Ensure that all projects are implemented according to IM guideline leveraging on standard work process (SWP) • Provide guidance and support to Project Engineers and Product Development Project Leaders of other department in order to have a standard approach to IM • Tracking of project KPI's including IM KPI's for the project and for the affiliates by ensuring the project loss analysis consolidation and the definition of the action plan for their elimination • Prepare proper projects CAPEX and expenses execution plan in order to ensure the expected cash flow established by Steering Committee and perform Capex execution plan revisions (Revised Forecasts - RFs) during the year according to project life cycle • Manage, coach and motivate staff, organize training programs, ensure qualification matrix compliance and delegate appropriate responsibilities in order to develop personal and technical skills and high performance What we are looking for? • Hold a university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, etc). • Strong in end-to-end project execution and management. Formal education in PMPM is a plus. • Have at least 5 years experience in manufacturing, technical/Engineering departments and/or in working managerial position in other function • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • IWS (OPEN+) IM, AM,PM, FI and WPI knowledge is a plus • Strong Excel , Autocad and MS Project • Safety Management One more thing: at Philip Morris we see equal pay for equal work between woman and men as the baseline standard for equality.
