You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Purpose of the job Monitor LA&C product portfolio performance through quality KPIs such as Smoke Yield Specifications, Consumer Complaints, Quality incidents, and Physical and Visual Factory Mapping to assure compliance with PMI and specific Market requirements. Coordinate global project implementations through LA&C such as Material Qualifications, changes in Control Strategy and QA processes to plan and execute correct and timely implementation. Support TPMs in the region with PMI requirements implementation (product and guidelines), follow up on QA KPIs and continuous improvement plan execution. Manage the monthly reporting of QA KPIs through different tools (regional and global). Coordinate regional PMI QA reporting community aligned with global initiatives and tools to ensure QA KPI reporting integrity. Accountabilities • Product Performance: Perform the trend analysis for physical and smoke parameters through statistical process control systems, aiming to comply with PMI specifications and Market requirements. Define the action plans and trigger/support implementation in the affiliates. • Consumer Complaints: Perform the trend analysis for call centre complaints through statistical systems to identify main pains in the region. Benchmark with other regions for good practices/projects to implement in LA&C to reduce consumer complaints and propose actions plans while support implementation in the affiliates. • TPMs support: Follow up monthly with a managerial review of QA KPIs to have control of the results and the reasons we have this performance, as well as reviewing action plans effectivity and completeness. • Monthly QA KPI reporting: Create and share the monthly report with regional KPIs (not on PMI global dashboard) to have clear visibility and single source of truth for the recent results. Check and validate QA KPIs reported in global dashboard for data integrity and completeness. • Regional PMI Reporting Community Coordinator • Lead regional community and promote deployment of standardized reports • Validate data computation according to respective method • Implement expertise for the assigned KPI stream • Collect and consolidate feedback, change requests, and propose prioritization within PMI Quality reporting community Work Experience: Overall experience: 3 years in manufacturing environment Fluent English is a must At least 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance and/or Product Services/Specs What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
