Reporting Governance Leader We are looking for a Reporting Governance Leader to join our Finance Center of Expertise in Lisbon. You will work with a very dynamic, multicultural, and exciting team, contributing directly to strategic internal initiatives and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting PMI affiliates with new business solutions. The Challenge Working as a Reporting Governance Leader you will have the opportunity to, among others, lead feasibility assessment of new reporting requests and provides recommendations on improvements and proposes actions to ensure digitalization and automation of the reporting solutions on Corporate, Region and Market levels. You will also support to ensure that implementation follows business logic and make sure that process is set up to follow data governance practices and provides Business insights, facilitate data-driven business decisions for Finance and other functions. Your daily tasks • Analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports (Power BI). • Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence (Power BI). • Development and administration of visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Business Intelligence tool (Power BI). • Collect user feedback regarding provided products and manage the product backlog to ensure continuous improvement of the reports built in Power BI. • Translate business requirements into technical specification to implement required features in databases and business intelligence tools. • Proper provision of the business requirements to the IT Support team and tracking the status of the change requests in JIRA to make sure deliverables implementation. Who we’re looking for • An energetic, driven professional with a university degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or similar • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Finance or Data Analytics • Strong analytical skills (Scenario analysis, data modelling) • Ability to support the team in priorities setting, status tracking, resources and deliverables planning. Supervise, consult and advise junior team members. • Proactively identify risks & opportunities, propose solutions in the complex situations. • Good communication and presentation skills: Strong ability to communicate complex scenarios in a simple way. • Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset • Customer focus: quality and timeliness of delivery is critical • English writing and speaking • Legal permit to work in Portugal What we offer • Opportunity to learn more and develop yourself by interacting with dynamic teams at different levels of experience and expertise across the Company.
