The Manager, Reduced Risk Products will be an integral member of the Marketing & Digital team to define roles & responsibilities of the multi brand and multi category smoke-free portfolio and propose strategic priorities for longer term brand growth in line with consumer-centricity. This is an opportunity to own the comprehensive marketing calendar as the custodian of key brand campaigns, and also will be leading innovations & new launches as well as identifying trade and consumer opportunities to maximize overall portfolio performance. Key responsibilities: • Portfolio - Define portfolio roles and responsibilities, propose and align portfolio strategies based on consumer insights, and drive the entire organization towards aligned strategic priorities; - Take lead in portfolio competencies to deliver business goals; - Identify gaps & opportunities for portfolio and propose & implement optimization and or maximization of desired results. • Innovation & New launches - Lead innovations and launches. Plan the entire 360 launch plot across touchpoints in line with business priorities and agreed brand strategies; - Drive base business through seasonal activation and campaigns; - Optimize marketing campaigns by analyzing past executions, learnings as well as market dynamics (i.e. competitors, market trend). • Consumer Value Management - Dive into consumers’ data to understand the consumer lifecycle and key drivers and barriers of the brands / categories. Adapt consumer insights including segmentation, needs & barriers, key brand challenges, into development of the portfolio strategy and identify the right product offer at the right touch point for each consumer ; - Work closely with Consumer Experience team so that our campaigns and launches are incorporated with key inflection points of our consumer journey. • Trade - Lead pricing promotion strategy based on our consumer propositions in agreement with sales & business planning; - Participate in channel strategy development as key stakeholder for both on & offline. • Budget management & Marketing efficiency - Plan & implement all agreed plan within budget and optimize spending for better performance; - Performance management with full analysis on key campaigns / launches. Essential Skills and competencies: • At least 8 years of working experience in marketing and category management and or brand strategy sphere. • Experience in engaging with different business stakeholders and influencing people; project management and communication, as well as some planning and budget skills are an asset. • Out of the box creative thinking passion. • Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills, has great attention to detail and business acumen. • Demonstrates the ability to work sensitively, and effectively, within and across diverse teams. • Demonstrates authentic ambition, sense of urgency, agility and tenacity and a genuine commitment to revolutionizing the industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
