Are you willing to make history? The Finance Service Analyst's main goal is to collect, make a list, review, reconcile and archive Official Receipts. You will ensure Official Receipt submission is complete and document is valid according to PMI policies /taxation/US GAAP procedures in an effective, efficient, accurate and timely manner. Your ‘day to day’ • Ensure Official Receipt collection is complete and valid, all documents scanned and archived properly according to PMI practices & tax regulations • Ensure Official Receipts are reviewed and reconciled properly according to PMI practices & tax regulations • Ensure smooth processing of Official Receipt collection and reconciliation by coordinating with related parties such as Procurement, VMD , tax department, users, among others • File documents according to the RIM’s guidelines and submit to the RIM department on a timely basis • Manage and monitor document routing & prepare audit supporting documents, as and when needed • Continuously improve process in your area of responsibility • Meet local and regional KPIs on a regular basis Who we're looking for • With Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Accounting, Accounting Management, and the like • Has thorough understanding of Philippines Accounting and Taxation Standards and Practices • Acquired understanding of PMI Accounting and Control Policies and Procedures through training and day-to-day coaching • Sound knowledge of SAP design and functionalities & technical savvy • Excellent English communication skills to thrive in a multicultural working environment • Knowledge of Philippines taxation is needed What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
