We are looking for an experienced professional who will join us as a Benefits Lead to support the Benefits innovation & initiatives in a Global/Regional scale & drive enhanced employee experiences and product performance. In this role you will: • Contribute to the continuous improvement driven iteration of the Benefit Products. Support the prioritization of product backlog and the construction of associated user stories and success metrics. Support the creation and maintenance of the Product catalogue, process design, standards and policies and associated knowledge management. Develop Product related training materials and deliver training. • Contribute and support the development of project plans, success measures, templates, standards and tools against agreed KPIs. Support the re-design of the service delivery on any Product iteration impacting delivery. Accountable for delivering against defined project outcomes. • Provide insights on vendors in terms of performance against agreed KPIs, service levels and budget reporting. • Consolidate and analyze feedback on stakeholder, employee and consumer experience of using the processes and products to drive continuous improvement. Co-create Insights and KPI's with Service Experience teams to assign metrics to Delivery & Deployment. Proactively analyses Product insights, user adoption and employee behavioral trends with relevant partners to inform backlog & prioritization. • Support the development/re-design of the technology supporting the product. Support the automation initiatives related to the product that enable efficiency and improved experience. • Support the Benefits administration migration process aiming at maximizing the centralization of the benefits administration activities. Continuously work with market and regional deployment teams to ensure consistency in approach. JOIN US! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Proven experience in Total Rewards, specifically in handling Benefits • Consistent track of record in driving Total Rewards delivery model and ability to innovation based on available data • Good understanding of HR platforms, processes and the data flows to populate them • Strong collaborator across globally diverse teams • Project management capabilities • Analytical and data driven skills • Customer passion / centricity – ability see things through customers' point of view, ability to understand service benefits for the customer • A candidate with University Degree, with proficiency in English, both verbal and written #LIjobs
